BLOG-BALLERINA-HEADLINE

Baby shoe trends come and go, but if there’s one shoe trend that we feel is here to stay, we would have to give it up to the ever so classy and cute lace-up flat! This little shoe trend can get pricey so we wanted to show you a fun and easy way to do it for a fraction of the cost! Not to mention, these little baby lace-up flats are so comfy and ridiculously adorable. We ended up making a pair for every mommy in the office!

Supplies Needed:

An old or new pair of baby flats in any color! We purchased ours for $6 here.

Leather hole punch

8 feet of leather cord

The leather hole punch and leather cord can be found at your local craft or hardware store! We purchased the leather cord here and the leather hole punch here.

1

How-to:

Mark where you want your holes on the baby flats. We chose to do two on each side and one in the middle. Take your time to measure out each hole to be sure the holes are symmetrical.

2

Use your leather hole punch to punch holes where you marked.

Cut two pieces of cord each 4 feet long and thread your cord through the holes to lace up your little flats.
