Spring is officially here! We have been anxiously waiting for warmer weather and for the flower buds to finally sprout and bloom. Since we are still early in the season, we decided to speed up that process a little by creating these stunning floral letters. You can use them to brighten up your home, decorate a nursery, or for any special occasion. They add the perfect pop of spring wherever they are! Supplies
Hollow Metal Monogram Letter
Spray paint (to paint your letter edges whichever color you prefer)
Bread knife
Floral foam bricks
Faux flowers
Wire cutters
Hot glue gun

Step 1
On a piece of cardboard, place your monogram letter face down and spray the back and edges with the color of your choice. Allow optimal drying time, before beginning the next steps.
Step 2
Measure the inside of the letter in sections to cut the floral foam to fill the letter.
Step 3
After measuring and marking the foam, use a serrated knife to cut the sections out of the floral foam brick.
Step 4
Press the foam gently into place in the hollows of the monogram letter.
Your letter should be completely filled with floral foam.
Step 5
Use your wire cutters to start clipping your chosen faux flowers to the depth of the floral foam, which should be about 2 inches.
Step 6
Begin arranging the faux flowers on the letter and pierce the stems into the floral foam until they sit flush on top. Fill up the surface of the foam as much as possible. There shouldn’t be any visible foam.
Step 7
Use the hot glue gun to secure shorter stems and leaves. You can add in leaves around the edges to help cover any areas where the foam may be peeking through.
Your floral monogram letter is complete! Hang it in the nursery, set on a table for a party or place it on your bookshelf for a fresh, spring look. The possibilities are endless. Enjoy!
