Ingredients

Cheddar cheese
Softened or whipped cream cheese
Triscuit Thin Crisps
Chicken in a Biskit crackers
Wavy stick crackers from Chex Mix

Supplies

Piping bag or piping gun
Plate or tray for presentation

Directions

1. Slice cheese into triangular wedges, slightly smaller than the Triscuit Thin Crisps.

2. Fill the piping bag or piping gun with cream cheese. Pipe a dollop of cream cheese onto the Triscuits and place the cheddar cheese wedges on top.

3. Pipe some cream cheese along the bottoms of the Chicken in a Biskit crackers. Press the crackers against the backs of the cheese wedges, forming the crust.

4. Add more cream cheese along the back of the wavy stick crackers, and press them into the corner formed by the cheddar cheese and Chicken in a Biskit crackers.

5. Use a star-shaped piping nozzle or swirl the cream cheese on top of the cheddar cheese to create a whipped cream effect.

6. Place the fully assembled cheese and cracker pumpkin pies on a plate or tray, along with other finger foods and snacks.

That’s it! Now you have a perfectly presentable appetizer that your guests (and your little ones) will love! You can customize the cheese tray with any snacks you prefer, but here are a few of our favorites for a little inspiration:
