One of our favorite parts of Thanksgiving is the pre-dinner snacking, and we’ve got just the appetizer to tide you over until the main course. Filled with cream cheese, sweet cranberries, and a little kick of jalapeno, these Cranberry Crescent Bites are guaranteed to be a hit! Ingredients
Yields: 24 servings
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbs. dried cranberries, chopped
1 Tbs. chives, finely diced
1 tsp. jalapeno, finely diced
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury crescent dough sheet
Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2) In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberries, chives, and jalapenos until well combined.
3) Roll out the crescent dough sheet and cut it into 6 rows by 4 rows, making 24 pieces.
4) Fill each piece with 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture.
5) Bring the 4 corners together then pinch and twist to seal, creating a dumpling shape.
6) Bake in the oven for 11 – 13 minutes or until golden brown.
