Lucky Charm Bark

With St. Patty’s Day right around the corner, we wanted to share a little bit of magic with you. Seriously, this rainbow treat is perfect for the upcoming holiday. And the best part? The key ingredient is better than a pot of gold: Lucky Charms marshmallows!

You and your little leprechauns will love making our Lucky Charms Bark. There’s no better way to celebrate than with a pan of this swirling, sugary goodness. It’s super simple and sure to add some color to your day!

Supplies

1 large bag of white chocolate melting wafers
Colored chocolate melts in orange, pinkturquoise and purple (or whichever colors you prefer)
Lucky Charms marshmallows
Rainbow sprinkles
Toothpicks or wooden skewers
Parchment Paper
Spatula
Baking sheet with short side walls

Step 1

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the chocolate by color and melt them in the microwave in separate bowls.

Step 2

Using a spatula, pour the white chocolate out onto the baking pan. Shake the pan carefully side to side to evenly spread the chocolate across the bottom of the pan.

Step 3

Drizzle the remaining colors sporadically over the white chocolate with a spoon.

Step 4

Then take the wooden skewer or toothpick and swirl the colors together. Don’t over mix, or the colors may become muddy.

Step 5

Sprinkle the Lucky Charms marshmallows on top of the chocolate and add the desired amount of rainbow sprinkles.

Step 6

Place the baking sheet into the fridge or freezer to harden. Wait at least 20 mins before taking out.

Step 7

After the chocolate hardens, break it into small pieces with your hands to create the bark. Enjoy!
