We’re showing you our easiest DIY yet, even the little ones can join in and help! In just a few easy steps you’ll have an adorable, handmade gift that’s fitting for all the dads in your life.
WHAT YOU NEED
•Iron and ironing board
•Ruler
•Socks that don’t have lots of ribbing, text or images.
•2″ iron-on vinyl letters
Start by choosing your saying and peeling off the letters from your vinyl letter packet. Then, use your ruler to evenly place the words onto the socks. TIP – use a piece of cardboard to slip inside the tube of the socks to help stretch the socks while you apply the letters. During this time be sure to plug in your iron and set it to a cotton non-steam setting to allow time for the iron to heat up!
After the letters are placed, use the iron to iron in 15-20 second increments. Repeat 3-4 times until vinyl has formed to the sock.
