DIY Pumpkin Spice Soap

Pumpkin spice seems to be a trend that will never go out of style, and we’ve got just the DIY to give you your fix! This pumpkin spice soap smells so incredible, you’ll be washing your hands all day long. Plus, it’s so simple to make, you can give one to everyone you know. Get the how-to below!

Supplies

2 lbs. shea butter soap base*
3 Tbs. pumpkin pie spice
Soap mold
Red and yellow soap dye (optional)

*2 lbs. of soap base will make approximately eight 4 oz. bars.

Directions

1) Cut the soap base into cubes and place in a microwave safe bowl.

2) Microwave for 30 seconds then stir. Repeat this step until completely melted.

3) Once melted, mix the pumpkin spice into the soap base.

*Optional step: Add soap dye as desired. We used 4 drops of red and 8 drops of yellow to make the soap a little more orange, however, we found that the dye didn’t make as much of a difference as we hoped because of the natural color from the pumpkin spice. But if you want a slight tint, feel free to add the dye!

4) Pour the soap into the mold and let it sit for 30 minutes. Once hardened, remove the soap from the mold.

That’s it! This pumpkin spice soap makes the cutest decoration and smells just as amazing.
